There are more than <strong>20 countries<\/strong> of Asia (<strong>45%-50%<\/strong> of all countries of Asia) within the RIPE NCC Service Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EscrowTele.Com Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong (CR No. 3157185). Main business activity is IPv4 Facilitator Services (BRC: &#8220;IP ADDRESS TRADING&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Recognised IPv4 Transfer Broker Agreement was signed between RIPE NCC and EscrowTele.Com Limited in July 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>At its meeting on 6 October 2023, the RIPE NCC Executive Board <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ripe.net\/publications\/news\/decommissioning-recognised-ipv4-transfer-brokers-list-and-ipv4-transfer-listing-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">resolved to change their policy<\/a> on <strong>the Recognised IPv4 Transfer Broker<\/strong>s and decommissioned the Recognised IPv4 Transfer Brokers List in early 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RIPE NCC declared their plans to start a consultation in early 2024 to ask RIPE NCC members and the community what they would like to see from RIPE NCC policy here.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Agreement (2022-2023) is published <a href=\"\/index.php\/qna\/recognised-ipv4-transfer-broker-agreement-pdf\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"\/index.php\/qna\/recognised-ipv4-transfer-broker-agreement-pdf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EscrowTele.Com Limited was included into the list of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ripe.net\/manage-ips-and-asns\/resource-transfers-and-mergers\/brokers\" target=\"_blank\">Recognised IPv4 Transfer Brokers<\/a> during 2022-2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The list was published on the RIPE NCC website <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ripe.net\/manage-ips-and-asns\/resource-transfers-and-mergers\/brokers\" target=\"_blank\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EscrowTele.Com Limited continues to provide services to members of the RIPE NCC and complies with the policies of the RIPE NCC.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The RIPE NCC has, as an RIR, the authority to register Internet number resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The history of IPv4 transfers is public information<\/strong> and it is available on the RIPE NCC website<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ripe.net\/manage-ips-and-asns\/resource-transfers-and-mergers\/transfer-statistics\/within-ripe-ncc-service-region\/ipv4-transfer-statistics\" target=\"_blank\"> here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recognised IPv4 Transfer Broker (2022-2023) RIPE NCC (R\u00e9seaux IP Europ\u00e9ens Network Coordination Centre) is the regional Internet registry (RIR) for Europe, the Middle East and parts of Central Asia.
