Recognised IPv4 Transfer Broker (2022-2023)

RIPE NCC (Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre) is the regional Internet registry (RIR) for Europe, the Middle East and parts of Central Asia. There are more than 20 countries of Asia (45%-50% of all countries of Asia) within the RIPE NCC Service Region.

EscrowTele.Com Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong (CR No. 3157185). Main business activity is IPv4 Facilitator Services (BRC: “IP ADDRESS TRADING”).

 

The Recognised IPv4 Transfer Broker Agreement was signed between RIPE NCC and EscrowTele.Com Limited in July 2022.

At its meeting on 6 October 2023, the RIPE NCC Executive Board resolved to change their policy on the Recognised IPv4 Transfer Brokers and decommissioned the Recognised IPv4 Transfer Brokers List in early 2024.

RIPE NCC declared their plans to start a consultation in early 2024 to ask RIPE NCC members and the community what they would like to see from RIPE NCC policy here.

EscrowTele.Com Limited was included into the list of Recognised IPv4 Transfer Brokers during 2022-2023.

EscrowTele.Com Limited continues to provide services to members of the RIPE NCC and complies with the policies of the RIPE NCC.

 

The RIPE NCC has, as an RIR, the authority to register Internet number resources.
